San Diego State University’s Capacity Building Success - II is based on over ten years of partnership in building capacity with minority entities and Indian tribes.
The participation of minority entities and Indian tribes in Rehabilitation Services Administration and National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research funded activities is promoted and enhanced through training, Focused Technical Assistance (FTA), peer support and contemporary technology.
